Despite being dry in the Northern part of the group, mild conditions on top of the green summer have meant that both flora and fauna have thrived. I’m sure anyone who spends time either working in, or just observing the great outdoors would have noticed in recent times how healthy and vibrant farm ecosystems are after two incredible growing seasons! From tiny invertebrates all the way through to Wedge Tailed Eagles, it is exciting to see natures response to a couple of good years!

Autumn 2021 newsletter

2020 will be etched into everyone’s memory for all the wrong reasons, but in terms of both agriculture and environment it will go down as one of the best seasons in recent history

We are getting reports back of some fantastic results from last years reveg projects, both in survival and vigour which is extremely pleasing! Driving around the district it is great to see long established trees, and even old remnants looking the best they have for years.

Summer 2020 Newsletter

What a fantastic start to summer with the countryside looking green and healthy! With a record amount of trees going in the ground throughout the area hopefully we will see some great results.
Given restrictions have only been lifted recently, with harvest underway and the festive season just around the corner we have decided to hold a “start of year” event in 2021 in lieu of a break up. Details will be provided closer to the time.
